Lymo Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
At Lymo, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for premium products. Our Open-Box Return Policy ensures customer satisfaction while empowering local vendors to deliver authentic, high-value items.
2. Return Eligibility
Lymo allows returns under the following conditions:
✅ Open-Box Returns (Only at the time of delivery)
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or not as described, the customer can refuse to accept it.
The delivery personnel will process an instant refund (if applicable).
✅ Standard Returns (Category-Specific)
Electronics, Watches, and Other High-Value Items: Returns are not accepted after delivery unless covered under the seller's warranty or brand policy.
Apparel, Fashion, and Accessories: Can be returned within 3 days if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact, subject to verification.
Home Appliances: Returnable only for defects/damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Items with tampered packaging or missing accessories.
Personalized, hygiene-related, or perishable products.
3. Refund Process
🔹 For Open-Box Returns
If a customer rejects the product during delivery, the refund is initiated instantly.
The refund reflects in the original payment method within 3-5 days.
🔹 For Standard Returns
Once the seller verifies the return, a refund is processed within 5-7 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference.
4. Replacement Policy
Customers can request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible items.
The seller will process the replacement based on stock availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
If an order is prepaid and canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 3 - 5 days.
Lymo reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues. Customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Seller & Brand Warranty
Certain products may come with a brand warranty. In such cases, the customer must claim warranty support directly from the brand.
